A great way to trigger flow is talking a breath walk as you will be using multiple flow alignment channels. For starters, nature vibrates at a frequency that matches your perfect flow vibration. As you walk, you use your sense of balance which also triggers flow. In addition, the sights and sound you meet further align you to flow, and finally, slow, rhythmic breaths are vagal flow alignment triggers.
